How it Works

  • Register: Use the link on this page to sign up and complete the waive.

  • Pick a Day: Join your friend for a free class anytime during Bring a Friend Week (March 31 – April 5).

  • Show Up: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet your coach and get set up.

  • Try It Out: Jump into a coached class tailored to all fitness levels — no experience needed.

  • Decide for Yourself: There’s no pressure. Just a chance to try something different, and maybe life-changing.

How It All Started

I was invited to try CrossFit in 2018 by my wife.

I said all the things. That’s dumb. I’ll get injured. You can do your thing I’ll do mine.

It completely pivoted my life in directions I never thought possible.

I was in the stressful grind of a full time career and wasn’t taking care of myself like I should.

Day after day I’d start the gym and then stop. I’d check the mirror to see if I matched what I felt I could be.

Health, fitness, and lifestyle changed that day I was invited to try it.

That 2 degree shift changes the entire trajectory of my life to this day.

Does it happen that drastic for everyone? No.

But could it? Yes.

It just started with that one invite. One class. One person caring to help another and ask them to come along.

Say yes to next week. You have nothing to lose only everything to potentially gain. That’s what I did and it was the best decision of my life.
